NADJA PINNAVAIA, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO


Nadja has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from King’s College, London, and a Ph.D. in Quantum Chemistry from St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge. Prior to founding Euphebe, Nadja was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in London, and subsequently founded WhiteCap, working with a number of large consumer goods companies, reviving under-performing brands. She is a board member of the Institute of Responsible Nutrition and holds the Certificate in Culinary Nutrition from the Natural Gourmet Institute. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
NIKKI KING BENNETT
Executive Chef


Prior to joining Euphebe, Nikki was the Executive Chef at Pure Food & Wine, an award-winning restaurant based in NYC. In 2013 she was ranked amongst the Top 100 Best Chefs in America. Nikki is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute and is an expert in health supportive, plant-based cuisine.
RACHEL HAZEN
Chef de Cuisine


Rachel’s passion for good food evolved from an early age, as her grandparents were farmers and her mother kept a huge garden. After moving to NYC, Rachel graduated as a professional chef from the Natural Gourmet Institute. Rachel has worked as the Executive Vegan Chef for Munchery, as well as the Chef de Cuisine at Pure Food and Wine.
KAYLEEN ST. JOHN
Executive Director of Nutrition and Strategic Development


Kayleen St.John is a registered dietitian with a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She has a deep-rooted love for food and is passionate about demystifying nutrition science as a whole. Prior to joining Euphebe, she was the Director of Nutrition at Natural Gourmet Institute where she instructed chefs in training on the topic of culinary nutrition.
DR. HOOMAN YAGHOOBZADEH
Medical Advisor


Dr. Yaghoobzadeh is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Yaghoobzadeh believes that the foundation of good health starts with lifestyle choices, the most important being food. He is recognized for his work in the field of the nutritional basis of disease and for the success he has achieved with his patients. He has been featured on the NBC Today Show, CBC Evening News, as well as multiple radio talk shows. He received his BS degree from Cornell University and graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
