Getting Started with February's E28

Welcome to Euphebe’s February program! We are very excited to share this journey with you. These next 28 days are a crucial first step in taking control of your health and breaking the vicious cycle of "Eat. Crash. Hunger. Eat More." E28 is not a deprivation diet. Euphebe is all about feeling nourished through food that is both tasty and good for you. We've cooked up some delicious meals for you to enjoy that will have you feeling great in no time.

What to expect

The first few days may be tough as your body adjusts, but you'll soon be surprised by how different you feel. You'll find improved energy already within the first week, especially in the afternoon.  Just stick to your meals and follow the suggested breakfast and snack advice. Your clothes will also start to feel different.

One of the things that distinguishes Euphebe is our commitment to providing support through our coaching program. Check in with your coach and your friends or spouses that are sharing this experience. When the experience is shared, it's easier and much more fun.

Looking forward

In these next few weeks we’ll be sharing stories and information on this blog to accompany your E28 program. We'll will be answering your questions and providing tips for incorporating long-term changes into your daily routine. Tips for getting started

  • Get rid of all the crappy food in your house. It only provides extra temptation. Instead, stock your fridge and pantry with suggested items from our shopping list.
  • Alcohol should be reserved for special occasions during the program (5pm is not by definition a special occasion). When you do have a drink, if possible choose red wine over white wine and spirits.
  • Be mindful while you eat your meals. Slow down and enjoy the meals. This will also help increase the feeling of satisfaction & satiety.
  • Make sure to add a green leafy salad with yummy ingredients like nuts and avocado to your dinner. For ideas, check out your salad suggestion card in your box.
